Meltem Tokgözoğlu, trading as ADA AI at the address above, is the controller for the personal data described here. We have no data protection officer; write to hello@ada-ai.nl.
This website
The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver and protect it, Cloudflare processes technical data about your request: your IP address, browser, the page requested and the time. We keep no logs of our own and use no analytics or trackers. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure website (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). Cloudflare also records security events about requests (IP address, browser, page, country and network); we can see these records for up to 31 days. Cloudflare asks browsers that support it to report failed requests to this site to Cloudflare (Network Error Logging).
Demo and prototype pages
The page /lab/enigma/ loads fonts from Google Fonts and a 3D library from jsDelivr, and one unlisted prototype page loads the same library from jsDelivr. When you open those pages, those services receive your IP address. The other pages load nothing from third parties.
When you e-mail or call us
We use your message and contact details to answer you and, if you ask, to prepare an offer (art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Our mailbox is hosted by Google Workspace. Correspondence that does not lead to an engagement is deleted within 12 months after it ends. We do not put e-mails, call notes or data about website visits into AI services.
Customers
For an engagement we keep the agreement, our correspondence and the invoices. Invoices and records are kept for 7 years because Dutch tax law requires it (art. 6(1)(c)). Data inside a customer's systems that we work with is covered by a separate processing agreement with that customer.
Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare and Google are US companies. Transfers to them rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses in their data processing terms.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of or objection to its processing, and a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@ada-ai.nl. We make no automated decisions and build no profiles, and nothing here relies on consent. You can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or to the authority where you live.

To report a security problem in this website or in our e-mail, write to hello@ada-ai.nl in English, Turkish or Dutch.
Tell us what you found, where it happens (the URL or the address), the steps to reproduce it, and how we can reach you. Please do not access or change other people's data while you test.
We reply within one working day.
